摘　　要：目的:采用改性硫酸钛作催化剂合成DA-6。方法:通过正交试验确定了合成的最佳工艺条件。结果:醇酸摩尔比1.1∶1,反应时间10h,催化剂用量0.033mol/mol己酸,产品酯化率可达95%以上。结论:此优化条件合理可行,为工业生产提供了科学依据。Objective： To synthesize （DA -6） plant growth hormone with modifying titanium sulfate as catalyst in the synthesis of （ DA - 6） plant growth hormone. Methods： The optimized condition was obtained by orthogonal experiments. Results： The moler ratio of diethylamino alcohol to hexanoic acid was 1. 1： 1, reaction time was 10h, the amount of catalyst was 0. 033mol/mol hexanoic acid. The transformation of the product could be over 95%. Conclusion： The optimized condition is suitable and feasible, which provides scientific evidence for the industrial production.
