摘　　要：目的评价良性前列腺增生症开放手术治疗的效果。方法采用改良式耻骨后前列腺摘除术治疗良性前列腺增生症患者56例。结果56例均手术成功，随访1～24个月，效果满意，并发症少。结论改良式耻骨后前列腺摘除术为理想的良性前列腺增生症开放手术治疗方法。Objective To evaluate modified retropubic prostatectomy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Modified retropubic prostatectomy was carried out for 56 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and the patients were followed up for 1 - 24 months. Results The procedure were satisfactory in all with less com- plication. Conclusion Modified retropubic prostatectomy is belived to be the idea surgical procedure for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
