摘　　要：对国内外生物可降解材料聚乳酸在包装应用领域的公开专利进行具体分析,发现呈现3个特点,即专利数量:国内外相距甚远,日本独占鳌头;专利领域:制备与应用并举,包装容器与层状产品最热;专利申请人:我国唯一企业初探,国外知名企业并进;并据此提出我国生物可降解材料聚乳酸在包装领域应用的发展对策。Based on published patents, the packaging applications of biodegradable material polylactic acid at home and abroad are studied in this paper. There are three development tendencies are found. First, patent quantity： our country＇s lag far behind other countries, leaded by Japan. Second, patent technical field： main in preparation together with application, packing containers and layered products are prevalent at present. Third, patent applicant： It is beginning for our enterprises compared with many well-known enterprises abroad. According to the above discuss, the development strategy in our country about PLA in packaging applications is proposed.
