摘　　要：华能沁北发电有限责任公司2×600MW超临界机组在新机组试运行和商业运行中,表现出励磁机9号轴承轴振动大、低压Ⅱ转子轴承振动偏大等问题,严重影响机组的安全运行。通过现场轴系动平衡,使各轴承轴振动达到优良水平。对发电机定子和轴承结构共振以及2号机组低压缸膨胀不畅等问题进行了分析。The problems occurred in trial operation and commercial operation, such as serious shaft vibration of bearing no. 9 concerning the exciter, and somewhat large vibration of the low-pressure II rotor bearing etc. on 2×600 MW supercritical units of Huaneng Qinbei Power - Generation Co Ltd have serious influence upon safe operation of the said units. Through kinetic equilibrum of shafting system in the field, the shaft vibration of each bearing has achieved to a good level, and problems, such as generator's stator and bearing structure resonance, as well as unsmooth expansion of lowpres-sure cyclinder for unit no. 2 etc. have been analysed.
