摘  要:以3、ZSM-5、HZSM-5等分子筛为催化剂,考察了十三碳二元酸与异辛醇进行酯化的反应条件。结果表明,HZSM-5分子筛在常压、温度为469 K、酸醇摩尔比为1∶4、时间为4 h、催化剂用量为2.8%,十三碳二元酸的酯化率达99%以上,产物的最后收率达84%以上,催化剂重复使用5次以上,产率没有发生明显的变化。The influence factors of esterification of isooctyl alcohol with tridecane dicarboxylic acid over zeolites 3A,ZSM-5, HZSM-5 were investigated. The result showed that the appropriate condition should be:the catalyst was HZSM-5 ;the reaction temperature was 469 k ;mole ratio of alcohol to tridecane dicarboxylic acid was 4:1 ;the amount of catalyst was about 2.8% of the mass of tridecane dicarboxylic acid and the reaction time was 4 h. The esterification yield of tridecane dicarboxylic acid was 99% and the yield of ester was about 84%. The catalyst was reused five times after removing water and the yields of ester has no significant reducing.
