摘　　要：本文主要介绍了开发船舶动态管理软件的思路，运用船舶维修保养体系CWBT运行机理，通过引入GPS船艇监控系统中的船艇运行时间自动生成模块以及双向对话平台，实现对船舶的动态科学管理。The text mainly introduces the way of thoughts of developing ship maintain dynamic management software, and by use of the running mechanism of shipmainntenance system CWBT, via importing self-gaining module of ship＇s Panning time of GPS ship control system and bi-directional interlocution platform, carries out dynamic scientific management of ship.
