摘 要:为分析衰老大鼠脑内生长抑素(SS)神经元变化的可能原因,实验采用免疫组化结合图像分析技术比较了常锌(2~3月龄)、缺锌(2~3月龄)和老龄(24~26月龄)3组大鼠海马SS神经元的变化。结果表明:缺锌15d时,缺锌组与老年组大鼠海马SS神经元数目减少,免疫反应强度明显减低,但SS神经元的分而模式及胞体形态没有明显改变。In order to study the aging changes of somatostation(SS)neurons in aged rat hippocampus,24 SpragueDawley rats were divided into zinc deficient group(2~3 months old,n=8),normal zinc group((2~3 month old,n=8)and aged group (24~26 month old,n=8).()n the experimental 15th day,we stained the hippocampal SS neurons by immunocytochemic method,and used the quantitive analytical method to observe the changes of the hippocampal SS neurons. The results showed that the number of SS neuron reduced in both groups of aged rats and zinc deficient rats as compared with the normal zinc group(P<0. 05).The grey values (ABS)of SS neurons decreased also,but the distributive patterns of SS neurons in hippocampus of these groups had no difference. These results suggest that zinc-deficiency in the aged rats may be one of the important reasons causing aged-dependent deterioration of the SS neurons in hippocampus.
