SonoVue超声造影二次谐波成像在肝血管瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影二次谐波成像技术在肝血管瘤中的应用。方法23例肝血管瘤患者经肘静脉团注SonoVue,采用超声造影二次谐波成像技术,实时观察注射造影剂后病灶增强特征。结果经超声造影后,23个病灶在动脉相均出现增强,且20个(87%)表现为周边向心型,2个(8.7%)为中央扩散型,1个(4.3%)为整体型增强特征。13个>3 cm的病灶,门脉相及延迟相持续增强,为周边向心型;≤3 cm的病灶中7个为周边向心型,2个为中央扩散型,1个为整体型增强。结论SonoVue超声造影二次谐波成像技术能动态显示病灶增强特征,有助于肝血管瘤的准确诊断。Objective To investigate the application of SonoVuecontrast-enhanced ultrasound and second harmonic imaging in liver hernangioma, Methods SonoVue was bolus injected via peripheral vein in 23 patients with liver hemangioma,The technique of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and second harmonic imaging was used, The enhancement features of lesions were observed after injection of SonoVue. Results All hemangiomas enhanced after con： trast-enhanced ultrasound and 20 （ 87 % ） of them showed periphery to center enhancement pattern, 2 （8,7 % ） showed center, to-periphery enhancement pattern, 1 （4, 3% ） revealed homogenwous enhancement pattern, The lesions were persistently enhanced at portal phase and late phase, 13 lesions diameter 〉 3 cm showed periphery-to-center enhance- ment pattern. 10 lesions diameter≤3 cm showed 7 periphery-to-center,2 center to-periphery and 1 revealed homogeneons enhancement pattern, Conclusion The SonoVue contrast-enhanced ultrasound and second hamaonic imaging can show dynamic enhancement features of liver hemangiomas, which is helpful to the accurate diagnosis.
