摘 要:目的:研制板蓝根脂溶性成分-PVPK30固体分散体,增加板蓝根脂溶性成分的溶出速度。方法:采用溶剂法制备板蓝根脂溶性成分-PVPK30固体分散体,利用差示扫描量热法及显微镜照相法鉴别药物在PVPK30中的存在状态,并以靛玉红的溶出百分量作为评价指标,研究板蓝根脂溶性成分制成固体分散体后对溶出速度的影响。结果:显微镜观察板蓝根脂溶性成分以无定形状态均匀地分布在载体PVPK30中,其在被固体化的同时溶出速度显著增加。固体分散体5 min溶出度高于80%。结论:板蓝根脂溶性成分与PVPK30形成了固体分散体,板蓝根脂溶性成分的分散状态发生了改变,显著改善了溶出速度。Objective: To investigate if solid dispersion formation of PVPK 30 with liposoluble ingredients from Radix Isatidis is useful to improve the dissolution of the liposoluble ingredients. Methods: The solid dispersion consisting of liposoluble ingredients of Radis Isatidis and polyvinyplyrrolidone (PVP30k) was made by solvent evaporation. The status of the PVPK 30 existence in the dispersion form was studied by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and photomicrography. The dissolution rate of the liposoluble ingredients from the dispersions was determined in the dissolution percentage of indirubin. Results: The liposoluble ingredients homogeneously distributing in the solid dispersion in an amorphous state showed a significantly increased dissolution, making 80% of the ingredient particles soluble within 5 minutes. Conclusion: The formation of the solid dispersion improves the solubility of the liposoluble ingredients from Radix Isatidis.
