摘 要:探讨β内啡肽在新生儿硬肿症休克中的临床意义。应用放射免疫法测定11例新生儿硬肿症休克患儿血浆β内啡肽含量。结果:新生儿硬肿症休克患儿血浆β内啡肽平均为120.46±3.29ng/L;显著高于对照组(26.80±1.55ng/L);死亡组与存活组、肺出血组与未出血组、产热状态良好与衰竭、血气pH值≤7.0与>7.0组也见到相同的结果,而休克程度与心率快慢未见β内啡肽差异;酸血症剌激了β内啡肽的释放,其水平与心率呈负相关。说明β内啡肽可能介导新生儿硬肿症休克时的肺出血和产热状态。提示新生儿硬肿症休克时β内啡肽的释放加重了休克状态。adioimmunoassay was used to measure the plasma level of βendorphin(βEP)in 11 cases of neonatal scleredema with shock.the value of βEP was 120 46±3 29ng/L which was significantly increased in comparison with normal neonates(26 80±1 55ng/L).No difference was seen in the prognosis,the incidence of pulmonary hemorrhage.and the heating status of the body between the patients with pH≤7 0 and the patients with pH>7 0.Besides,the severity of shock and the heart rate were not found to be different between the two groups of patients.Acidosis stimulated the release of βEP.The concentration of βEP was negtively correlated with the heart rate.The result indicated that βEP might induce pulmonary hemorrhage and heating status and influence the prognosis of the patients with neonatal scleredema with shock.It is suggested that the release of βEP could aggravate shock state in neonatal scleredema with shock.
