摘 要:研究由氯氧化铋直接制备纳米氧化铋新工艺。氯氧化铋经碳酸氢铵-氨水二次脱氯转型后得到氧化铋前驱体碳酸氧铋,烘干后热解得氧化铋产品,平均粒径约40nm,含氯仅为0.62%。增大碳酸氢铵浓度、适当提高溶液的pH值及转化液的温度均有利于氯的脱除,在pH=9,温度为50℃下进行二次脱氯效果最佳,而530℃下煅烧2.5h则有利于得到细颗粒的产品。与传统的硝酸盐体系比较,新工艺不仅消除了NOx的污染,而且易获得纯度高的产品,具有良好的推广应用前景。A novel technology on directly preparation of nanometer Bi2O3 from BiOCI is investigated. The bismuth oxide carbonate, precursor of the Bi2O3, is produced by transformation and twice elimination of chloride with NH4HCO3-NH3 solution from BiOCI. The product with 40nm in average diameter and 0.6296 in chloride content is prepared by thermal decomposition of the dried precursor. It is benefit to elimination of the chloride that the concentration of the NH4HCO3, solution pH and temperature are increased, the optimal result of twice chloride elimination is achieved under condition of pH = 9 and 50℃, and calcine at 530℃ for 2h is favorite to yielding the product with fine partide. Comparing to the traditional process with nitrate medium, the novel technology is not only without the pollution of the NOx, but also easily preparation of excellent product with high purity. It will be an ideal perspective in application and dissemination.
