摘　　要：目的探讨成人破伤风的临床表现、治疗、预后。方法回顾性分析88例病人的临床症状、治疗、预后资料。结果88例病人中有76例具苦笑面容、张口困难、牙关紧闭、言语不清和四肢抽搐等典型症状;经包括气管切开在内的综合治疗后,大部分预后良好。结论全面、详细的问诊是建立诊断的必要条件;早期气管插管是抢救成功的关键。[Objective] To investigate clinical menifestation, therapy and prognosis of adult tetanus. [Methods] To analyze the clinical symptom, treatment and prognostic data of the 88 cases retrospectively. [Results] 76 cases in the 88 cases had representative symptom that included forced smile face, dehisce difficulty, alalia and extremity twitch, and so on. Most of the patients were all right of prognosis by integrative therapy included tracheotomy. [Con~ clusions] It is necessary conditions to establish diagnosis that comprehensive and detailed interrogation. It is key to successful salvage that early endotracheal intubation.
