摘 要:研究板状大洋富钴结壳浮选工艺,考查捕收剂、辅助捕收剂、起泡剂、调整剂、分散剂和磨矿细度对浮选过程的影响。闭路浮选结果表明,Co和Mn品位分别由原矿的0.312%和13.86%提高到精矿的0.440%和19.54%,回收率分别达到96.46%和96.52%,钴结壳浮选精矿产率为68.45%,抛弃基岩脉石尾矿31.55%。The flotation technology of board cobalt-rich crust from the Pacific Ocean is investigated, and the effects of collector, assistant collector, frother, regulator and dispersant on the floatation process are tested. It is indicated by the results of the closed circuit flotation test that the grades of Co and Mn are increased from 0. 312 % and 13.86% in the crust to 0.440% and 19.54% in the concentrate, the recoveries of Co and Mn are up to 96.46 % and 96.52 %, respectively. The yield of concentrate is 68.45 %, and the tailings dominantly consisting of bedrock gangue is about 31.55 %.
