摘  要:研究三种捕收剂在不同pH和用量的条件下对纯铌铁金红石、铌钙矿和铌铁矿的捕收影响。结果表明。苄基肿酸对三种铌矿物的选择性依次为铌铁金红石〉铌铁矿〉铌钙矿,双膦酸和C7~9烷基异羟肟酸对三种铌矿物的选择性捕收排序为铌钙矿〉铌铁金红石〉铌铁矿。在适宜的用量范围内.苄基肿酸、双膦酸和C7~9烷基异羟肟酸三种捕收剂对三种含铌矿物的综合捕收能力依次为双膦酸〉C7~9烷基异羟肟酸〉苄基肿酸。双膦酸是三种有价含铌矿物的良好捕收剂。其综合捕收能力最强。The effects of three collectors, benzyl arsionic acid, diphosphonic acid and C7-9 alkyl hydroximic acid, on ilmenorutile, fersmit and niobite floatation with the various pH and collector dosage are investigated. The results show that collecting ability for each mineral of benzyl arsionic acid is as the sequence of fersmit 〉 niobite 〉 il- menorutile, and the diphosphonic acid and C7-9 alkyl hydroximic acid are as ilmenorutile 〉 fersmit 〉 niobite. The comprehensively collecting ability of three collectors for three niobium-containing minerals is in sequence of benzyl arsionic acid, diphosphonic acid 〉 C7-9 alkyl hydroximic acid 〉 benzyl arsionic acid. The diphosphonic acid is an excellent collector for valuable niobium-containing minerals, ilmenorutile, fersmit and niobite, its collecting property is comprehensively the strongest.
