补心气口服液治疗高血压病左室舒张功能减退临床观察

摘　　要：观察补心气口服液对高血压病左室舒张功能减退的改善作用。选择高血压病86例随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组服用依那普利、硝苯地平缓释片;治疗组在上述药物基础上,加服补心气口服液,观察2组的降压效果、症状疗效,并采用多普勒超声心动图测定治疗前后左室舒张功能参数。结果:临床症状、左室舒张功能参数的改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组降压效果无明显差异。结论:补心气口服液能有效地改善高血压病心气虚症状,改善左室舒张功能。To investigate the clinical efficacy of buxinqi oral solution on improving the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension. Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups, group A were administed with enalapril and nifedipine, group B with buxinqi oral solution plus above drugs. The parameters of left ventricular diastolic function were examined by tissue Doppler echocardiography （TDE） before and after treatment, while antihypertensive efficacy and clinical symptoms were observed. The results showed that the clinical symptoms and the parameters of group B were better than that of group A （ P〈0.05 ）, and there was no difference in levels of blood pressure reduction between two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Buxinqi oral solution could effectively improve the left ventricular diastolic function and heart-qi deficiency syndrome in patients with hypertension.
