摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中异佛尔酮的直接进样气相色谱测定方法。方法样品用玻璃注射器直接采样,用填充柱气相色谱法测定。结果方法在0.0~1.85mg/L范围内呈线性关系(标准曲线线性范围);样品在注射器中可保存5h;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1.8%~3.7%;方法的最低检出限为0.015mg/L;空气中与异佛尔酮共存的丙酮、丁酮、二异丁基甲酮、环己酮等在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中异佛尔酮的现场监测。[Objective]To establish direct injection gas chromatography for the determination of air Isophorone in Workplaces. [Methods] The samples were collected with glass injectors and determined with gas chromatography. [ Results]This method presents linear correlation within the range of 0.0- 1.85 mg/L, the samples could be stored in the injectors for 5 hours; the RSD was 1.83.7% ; the detection limit was 0.015 mg/L. Other volatile organic solvents like acetone, butanone,Disobutylektone and Cyclobexone did not interfere the determination. [ Conclusion]This method meets the requirements of "Standardization of the Methods for Toxic Substances Determination in the Air of Workplaces"; it is feasible for the determination of air Isophorone.
