摘　　要：爆破工程应把爆破安全放在首位，离开安全就谈不上质量和效益。工程爆破安全是一项复杂的系统工程。本文结合工程爆破实例，从爆破设计、施工及安全管理三个方面总结了中国人民解放军工程兵工程学院在安全实施工程爆破方面的主要经验。The blasting safety should be put in the first in blasting projects.Without safety,one can’t talk about quality and benefit .The safety of engineering blasting is a complicated system engineering.combined with practical samples,the experience obtained by the Engineering Institute,Engineering Corps,PLA,on safe construction of engineering blasting is summarized from three aspects of blasting design construction and safety.
