单味北芪对老龄机体免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：北芪（ＡＭＢ）能提高老龄机体的细胞免疫、体液免疫、红细胞免疫功能以及提高补体水平和补体介导免疫复合物（ＣＭＳＣ）溶解活性，降低循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）水平，减少ＣＩＣ沉积，从而增强抗病能力，是一种良好的免疫调节剂。his paper reports that the effect of AMB on the immune function of old sugbjects.The results indicated that the cell immune,humor immune,RBC immune and level of complement,CMSC was markedly increased,but the level of CIC was decreased significantly.Thus the author believed that AMB may play a regulatory role on immunological function against infection,tumor,autoimmune disease
