激光照射脑组织损伤区细胞色素氧化酶的改变

摘  要:本实验选用35只家兔经CO2激光照射后,利用酶组织化学方法———锇黑法[1]直接、动态、定量地观察脑组织损伤区水肿外带中线粒体内细胞色素氧化酶的变化。随激光照射时间延长,线粒体内细胞色素氧化酶逐渐脱失,超微结构逐渐破坏。在相同条件下(W.f.D),激光照射2秒,4秒后,在地塞米松(DXM)组和激光照射组之间线粒体内细胞色素氧化酶脱失有极显著差异(P<0001),而激光照射6秒之后,两组虽有差异但不甚显著(P<005),说明DXM对激光照射后的脑组织损伤区具有保护作用。损伤愈轻,保护作用愈明显。Cytochrome oxidase activity in mitochondria in periedema zone of the cerebral damaged tissue exposed to CO 2 laser irradiation in 35 rabbits of both sexes was investigated with histochemistry directly and quantitatively.Cytochrome oxidase activity in mitochondria was reduced graduatly and ultrastructure was damaged graduatly with duration time of CO 2 laser irradiation.In the case of same pD.reduction of cytochrome oxidase activity in mitochondria in DXM groups and laser groups found obviously different ( P <0 001) after 2,4 seconds of CO 2 laser irradiation.Reduction of cytochrome oxidase activity in mitochondria in DXM groups and laser groups was different ( P <0 05) after six seconds of CO 2 laser irradiation,but it not found obviously difference.The results showed that damaged area of CO 2 laser irradiation on cerebral tissue was protected with DXM.The more mildly cerebral tissue damaged,the more apparently cerebral tissue was protected with DXM.
