摘　　要：用ＨＰＬＣ法测定广西八角莲中鬼臼毒素的含量，并研究提取其根茎粗粉中鬼臼毒素的条件。A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP HPLC) method was developed for the determination of podophyllotoxin in roots of Dysosma guangxiensis Y.S.Wang.Sp. nov.The method is simple and the results are satisfied.The optimum conditions for the extraction are discussed.
