射频导管消融术治疗冠心病合并顽固性室性心动过速

摘　　要：５例冠心病合并顽固性室性心动过速患者，在室速发作时ＱＲＳ波群呈完全性右束支传导阻滞图形，电轴左偏。采用射频导管消融术成功地终止了室速。终止室速的消融“靶点”均位于左心室后间隔区。随访６～２２个月无复发。cases with the coronary heart disease and the sustained ventricular tachycardia was reported.When the ventricular tachycardia took place,the QRS complex appeared the complete RBBB,and the left axis deviation.The ventricular tachycardia was successfully terminated by the radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA).The 'target points' ablated by the radiofrequency discharge were situated at the posterior area of the ventricular septum in the left ventricle.None of the ventricular tachycardia has recurred in 5 patients following up for 6 22 months.
