摘 要:建立了双涡旋齿、三涡旋齿及四涡旋齿的双圆弧修正的作图方法,进而得到了任意齿数的多涡旋齿双圆弧修正的通用方法,并分析了齿形参数的变化对修正齿形特点及压缩机性能的影响。通过对不同齿数的多涡旋齿修正齿形啮合特性的讨论,提出了一对大小圆弧能作为多涡旋齿啮合型线的条件,证实了用该修正方法所得到的修正涡旋齿在工作中能实现完全啮合。研究结果表明,多涡旋齿的双圆弧型线修正不但提高了压缩比和齿头强度,而且改善了齿头型线的加工特性,所得到的修正齿形具有较高的综合性能。The graphical method of wrap profile modification using twin-circular arcs for two, three and four wraps was established, and the general profile modification method using twin-circular arcs for multiply wraps with random wrap number was obtained. The proposed modified wrap's characteristics as well as the effects of profile modification on scroll compressor's performances were analyzed when the modified wrap parameters were changed. Through the discussion of multiply modified wrap's meshing features, the conditions of a pair of circular arcs being used as meshing profile for multiply wraps were also proposed, and the result that the proposed modified wrap can realize perfect meshing in operation was proved. The study results show that profile modification increases the pressure ratio and the wrap head's strength, and also improves the machining property of multiply scroll wraps, thus the modified wrap has higher comprehensive performance.
