摘 要:将拼焊板盒形件分解成包含横向或纵向焊缝的U形件拼焊板,从分析简单U形件拼焊板出发,考虑压边圈类型及压边力大小和分布、焊缝位置和方向等因素的作用,研究盒形件拼焊板金属流动规律和焊缝移动原因及移动趋向。研究结果表明:横向焊缝移动是由于厚薄两侧的负载能力和负载差异引起的;纵向焊缝移动是由于侧壁主应变的差异引起的;盒形件底部的焊缝具有U形件横向焊缝的移动特征,盒形件裙边和侧壁上的焊缝移动的原因不同于U形件的纵向焊缝,且移动方向也不尽相同。A square box was divided into two parts which were TWBs ones of U shape with transverse welding line and U shape with longitudinal welding line , The mechanism of the metal flow and the welding line movement was investigated in the forming of the two parts by numerical simulation in the situation of different binder hold forces (BHF), BHF distribution, the positions and directions of the welding line movement, and the stress and strain distribution to analyze farther the square box of TWBs, To U part with transverse welding line, the welding line movement resulted from the different load abilities between the thick and thin side, To U part with longitudinal welding line, the disparity of the principal strain in the side wall resulted in welding line movement, To TWBs square box, the welding line in the bottom of the box has characteristics of the transverse welding line of the U part, and the welding line movement in the flange of the box resulted from the circumferential compression in the flange and the direction the movement is disagree to the one of U part with the longitudinal welding line.
