摘 要:对汽车车体侧孔进行无应力分解,实现了组件装配尺寸的可调性;采用多色集合理论建立汽车车体装配约束关系模型,给出了模型的数学表达式,即表示定位约束关系的定位关系方程组和表示装配通道关系的位移干涉方程组,提出了求取定位方程组和位移干涉方程组的算法,并以汽车车体侧孔为例进行了计算。汽车车体装配约束关系模型易于组织、表示装配关系信息,形式化程度高,易于实现装配序列自动生成的计算机编程。Non-forced decomposition of a car side aperture was presented, and dimensional adjustability was achieved. The relational model of assembly of the car body was built by using polychromarie sets and the mathematic form of these models were proposed, namely locating relation equations which express the constrained relationship of location and displacement interference equations which express the constrained relationship of possible displacement. The algorithms obtaining equations were developed. Taking the car side aperture as an example all of above was explained. The relational model of assembly based on the polychromatic sets is easy to organize and to express the information of assembly relation, avoid "combinatorial explosion", and the formalization level is high, easy to achieve the computer program of creating the assembly sequences automatically, and have obvious excellences.
