摘　　要：为探讨军队医院重大科研项目管理模式,全面剖析国家自然科学基金项目——“中国‘丝绸之路’地区多民族血红蛋白病(Hb)研究”在管理过程中总结出的理论与实践经验,提出“三控制、三管理、一组织、一协调”的项目管理模式.本文重点介绍“三管理”在组织实施重大科研项目过程中的几点做法.objective： To assess the management mode of major scientific projects in military hospitals. Method： comprehensively analyzing the theoretical and practical experience summarized in the management procedures of the project of national scientific fund--＂hemoglobinopathy study in the multi-ethnic areas along the Silk Road in China＂. Result： the concept of ＂3 control,3 management, 1 organization and 1 coordination＂ was proposed in the project management mode, and some methods of ＂3 management＂ during the implementation of major project of scientific research were mainly presented in this paper.
