摘　　要：通过回顾我国农村合作医疗的发展历程和分析我国新型农村合作医疗制度的运行现状,合理评估了新型农村合作医疗制度的成效和问题,提出了完善我国新型农村合作医疗制度的对策和建议。This paper retrospects the development course of the old scheme and analyzes the current sitution of the new scheme,It assesses the prominent effects and questions of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in a rational way, Besides the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestion to improve the medical treatment cooperation system of the new type.
