摘 要:目的:为预防肝炎和肠道传染病而研究SF消毒纸巾的消毒效果。方法:采用HBsAg酶标法、放免法、大肠杆菌及自然杂菌培养法检测SF纸巾对污染HBsAg或细菌的实验载体表面及旅客手的消毒、灭菌率。结果:对HBsAg污染的载体消毒1min,S/N值达0.96~1.35,纸上残留的HBsAgS/N值为1.0~1.16;对大肠杆菌作用1min,可灭除载体上99.93%~99.98%的细菌,沾在纸上的细菌99.97%~100%被灭活。旅客试用,擦手1min,手上的自然杂菌数可减少97.85%~99.99%。结论:SF可能为高效、快速、无毒。OBJECTIVE:SF disinfective tissue was developed to prevent being afflicted with hepatitis and intestinal infectious diseases.This study was designed to evaluate the disinfective effect of the tissue.METHOD:Enzymelabelled immunosorbent assay (ELISA),radioimmunoassay (RIA) and colony culture were used to examine HBsAg,E.Coli and normal bacteria before and after disinfection.RESULTS:1 min after disinfection,the S/N value of HBsAg on the experimental carriers contaminated by HBsAg was 0.96~1.35 and 1.00~1.16 on the tissue.SF tissue sterilized 99.93%~99.98% of E.Coli on the carriers and 99.97%~100% on the tissue.On the passenger train,97.85%~99.99% of normal bacteria were sterilized on the passengers' hands scrubbed with the tissue for 1 min.CONCLUSION:The SF tissue is suggested to be rapid,nontoxic,cheap and effective for disinfection.
