多谱勒法测定瓣膜跨瓣压差的准确性研究

摘　　要：目的：研究彩色多谱勒法测定瓣膜狭窄跨瓣压差的准确性。方法：多谱勒法利用简化的Ｂｅｒｎｏｕｌｉ方程计算跨瓣压差与心导管血流动力学检查直接测定的跨瓣压差比较。结果：彩色多谱勒法和心导管直接测定的跨瓣压差呈高度相关（ｒ＝０．９５５，Ｐ＜０．００５）。OBJECTIVE:To study the accuracy of transvalular pressure gradients (PGs) messured with color dopplar method in valvular heart disease.METHOD:We compared the result by Color Dopplar method in which a simplified Burnulli equation was used with that by catherization in which the direct hemodynamic examination was done.RESULT:A positive correlation of PGs was presented between the resalts abovementioned.CONCLUSION:PGs calculated with the simplified Bournlli equation of color Dopplar method has a good accuracy in judjing stenosis degree in the valvular heart disease.
