对“长三角体育圈”竞技体育后备人才培养的研究

摘　　要：“长三角体育圈”地区应该而且有可能发展成为我国竞技体育现代化的先导区,竞技体育体制与机制的创新区,在国际竞技体育舞台都具有一定竞争能力的竞技体育中心和竞技体育后备人才培养的高地。实现这些目标的保证是充足的竞技体育后备人材的培养和贮备,而后备人材的贮备和培养与相关政策保证密切联系。本研究对体育的基本公共服务、特殊人才生育、外来人员子女选拔和培养、欠发达地区的运动训练和体育圈学校竞技体育等问题进行了探讨。旨在促进“长三角体育圈”竞技体育的发展,从而服务于全国,影响国际竞技体育舞台。＂The Sports Circle of the Yangtse Delta＂ has the strong possibility of becoming a pioneer district of competitive sports modernization in China, an original area for new competitive sports system, one of the world＇s competitive sports centres and a highland for training potential talents. In order to realize the above-mentioned targets, the most important is to bringing up sufficient young talents, which correlates closely with the relative policies. The article focuses on the primary public sports service, the child-bearing of the special talents, selection and training of the children from the families who moved to Shanghai from other provinces, the training in relatively undeveloped areas, school competitive sports within the Circle, etc. It aims to further the development of competitive sports in i°the Sports Circle of the Yangtse Deltaic so that the Circle may provide better service to the country and play a more important role in world competitive sports.
