摘　　要：论述了公称容积为２００ｍ３真空粉末绝热低温液体球形贮槽的研制过程。该产品于１９９４年投入使用，运行正常。经机械工业部气体分离与液化设备产品质量监督分中心测试，１９９５年通过部级鉴定，全部性能指标均达到设计要求。该产品研制成功，填补了国内空白，其中，主要性能指标液氮日蒸发率为０．０５％，达到世界先进水平。This artical describes the development process of 2O0 m￣3 vacuum powder insulated spherical cryogenic liquid storage tank. The product was put into use in 1994 with normal and reliable operation.All its performance indexes have been proved to meet the design requirements through the testing by th Gas Separation and Liquefication Equipment Product Quality Supervision Center of the Ministry of Machine Building Industry. The success of the product fills up the gap in the domestic field.Its liquid nitrogen daily boil-off of the main performance indexes is 0. 05% ,reaching the international leading level.
