摘　　要：依据区域金融中心理论及重庆市建立区域金融中心所面临的问题,从金融中心模式的选择、金融机构组织体系的建立、资本市场制度的创新、区域信贷市场的发展及建立区域性民营银行等方面,提出了构建和发展重庆市区域金融中心的政策思路。According to regional finance center theories and the problems existing in the building of regional finance center in Chongqing, this paper puts forward policy thoughts on building and developing regional finance center in Chongqing from the aspects the choice of finance center patterns, the establishment of the organizational system of finance institutions, the innovation of capital market system, the development of regional crediting market, and the establishment of regional private-nm banks.
