摘　　要：研究了１／２自旋量子卡诺制冷机的最优性能，得到了量子制冷机制冷率与制冷系数间的优化关系以及其它最佳特性参数。所得结果为制冷机的工况预选提供了一个最佳的可行方案。In this peper, the optimum performance of a spin 1/2 quantum carnot refrigerator is studied. The optimum performance parameters and the optimum relation boween the refrigeration rate and the performeace coefficient for a quantum refrigerator are obtained. The results provide an optimal project for selection of operation situation of a refrigerator.
