摘  要:以匍匐翦股颖Penn A-1和L-93的成熟种子为外植体,进行了愈伤组织诱导与分化的研究。结果表明:不同浓度2,4-D对Penn A-1和L-93愈伤组织进行诱导,L-93的诱导率都高于Penn A-1。当以2,4-D和6-BA不同浓度配比对愈伤组织进行诱导时,以MS+2 mg/L 2,4-D+0.1 mg/L 6-BA为Penn A-1和L-93最适的愈伤诱导培养基,诱导率较高;MSO培养基为适宜的分化培养基,分化率达90.9%;MSO+0.2 mg/L IBA为最佳生根培养基。Mature seeds of Agrostis stolonifera cv. Penn A-1 and L-93 were used for explants and callus induction and differentiation were studied. Results indicated that MS medium, supplemented with 2 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.1 mg/L 6-BA,was the best medium for callus induction,the callus induction rate was higher; MSO medium was suitable for differentiation,the differentiation rate was 90.9%;the best rooting medium was MSO plus 0.2 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate was 88.8%.
