摘　　要：讨论了科技信息管理工作的规范化和标准化问题,阐述了科技信息管理工作的要点,探讨了信息无偿服务和有偿服务的关系。This paper discusses on the problem of the normalization and standardization of the sci-tech information management, expounds the emphases of the sci-tech information management, and probes into the relationship between the paid information service and unpaid information service.
