摘　　要：为探讨KHM-01无机浆料添加剂在浆纱生产中的应用效果,对KHM-01无机浆料添加剂的成分及浆液、浆膜性能进行了测试并与PVA进行了对比,试验结果表明:KHM-01无机浆料浆膜完整度好于PVA,可替代PVA用于纯棉纱的上浆,解决了PVA浆膜强力过大造成二次毛羽的弊端;与淀粉混溶性好,调浆方便,退浆对环境无污染。To discuss the application effect of KHM-01 size mixture addition agent in sizing production, the component of KHM-01 size mixture addition agent and the performance of the size ＆ size film were tested and compared with that of PVA. The test shows that size film integrity of KHM-01 size mixture addition agent is better than that of PVA, and it can be used in pure cotton sizing instead of PVA. Its application can resolve the regeneration of hairiness, and it has better compatibility with starch, convenient blending and environmental desizing.
