摘　　要：结合聚丙烯生产装置和市场的特点,有针对性地提出流延聚丙烯膜专用树脂YPF 3008的开发目标,控制熔体流动速率、树脂产品的均匀性、等规指数及灰分等,成功生产了YPF 3008。经加工厂家应用表明,该树脂能满足进口流延膜生产线的高速加工。A kind of cast film speciality polypropylene （PP） resin was purposely developed in accordance with the characteristics of the existing PP production plant and the actual demand in domestic market. The speciality PP resin, denoted as YPF 3008, was successfully produced by virtue of the efficient control of melt flow rate, product homogeneity, isotactic index and ash content. The application tests performed by downstream processing enterprises demonstrate that YPF 3008 can satisfactorily meet the requirements in high-speed processing of cast film in the imported production line.
