摘　　要：根据国家建筑保温材料标准,确定了用于生产挤塑聚苯乙烯(PS)发泡板材原料的质量控制指标和生产工艺参数,在连续本体法聚合装置上开发出具有良好机械性能和加工性能的PS专用树脂680X。采用680X生产的挤塑发泡保温板的尺寸稳定性、吸水率、导热系数、透湿系数、热阻、表面光洁度、色泽等均符合国家标准。This paper determined the index of quality control and process parameters of the foamed sheet polystyrene （PS） speciality resin suitable for extrusion moulding in accordance with national standard of heat insulating material in building trades. A grade of the PS speciality resin 680X with superior mechanical properties and favorable processability was developed in a continuous bulk polymerization plant. All the stability in dimension, water absorption, thermal conductivity, vapor permeance, thermal resistance, surface luster and tinct of the foamed sheet of heat insulating material made of 680X conformed to the related national standard promulgated in China.
