摘　　要：植酸为有机大分子化合物,具有特殊的分子结构和对金属离子较强的络合性能,本文介绍了以麦麸为原料制取植酸的操作方法和工艺流程,讨论了影响植酸络合能力的因素,研究了不同条件下植酸的络合能力和阻垢、除垢性能,确定了植酸作为低压锅炉阻垢剂使用的条件和方法。As a kind of organic macromolecular compound, plant acid have special molecular structure and greatly complex ability with metals ions. The operating methods and technological process on making plant acid were introduced with wheat bran. The influence factors of plant acid complex ability were discussed. Complex and preventing scale of ability were studied by the experiment. In addition, the methods and applying conditions on preventing scale agent of the low pressure boiler were determined.
