摘  要:在盐酸介质中,硫酸根离子与过量的钡离子反应,生成BaSO4沉淀,离心分离后,过量的Ba2+经吡咯烷二硫代甲酸铵(APDC)和二乙氨基二硫代甲酸钠(DDTC)螯合,调节pH,用甲基异丁酮(MIBK)萃取后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中剩余钡的吸收信号,从而间接测得海水中的硫酸根离子,校准曲线线性范围为0.2—12μg·mL-1,相关系数r=0.998。对实际水样重复测定9次的相对标准偏差为6.9%,加标回收率为93.8%—103%。方法简便、快捷、重现性好,测定结果令人满意。In hydrochloric acid solution,SO4^2- reacts with excess Ba^2+ to form BaSO4,which was separated by centrifuge. In a pH4. 0 buffered solution,surplus Ba^2+ was chelateded by ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (API)C) and sodium diethyl-dithiocarbamate(DDTC),and extracted with MIBK. The barium in the organic phase was measured by graphite furnace AAS,and trace sulfate ranging from 0. 2 to 12μg·mL^-1 in aqueous solutions was determined indirectly with the relative standard deviation of 6. 9% and the recovery of 93. 8%-103%. The method was applied to the determination of SO4^2- in aqueous solutions with satisfactory results.
