摘　　要：市场经济条件下农村卫生事业的发展面临许多复杂多变、处理棘手的新情况、新课题。对此,笔者所在地区以创新的思维,运用马克思主义哲学原理、制度变迁理论和科学发展观,深入实际,观察问题、分析问题和解决问题,走出了一条在市场经济条件下,妥善解决农村群众看病难、看病贵,公共卫生有保障,农村卫生事业高速发展的新路,获得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,为社会主义新农村建设做出了积极贡献。Under the market economic condition, the development of rural health service faces many new, complex and difficult sitnations and issues. Using the philosophic principle of Marxism, the theory of system change and the view of scientific development, the region where the author lives has found out a new way to properly resolve the issues that are being difficult visiting a doctor and high medical expense, to make public health be guaranteed and to make rural health service fast develop, which gains obviously social benefit and economic benefit and contributes to construction of socialism new countryside.
