摘  要:新冲刷仪能够模拟高速水流对混凝土的冲磨情况。本文介绍了新研制的高速水流冲刷仪的设计、组成和修改调试,并使用其进行了高速含砂水流对混凝土的冲磨试验,研究了不同配比混凝土在高速水流条件下的抗冲磨性能和规律。通过试验得出,水流速度越高,水流对混凝土的冲磨效果越明显;骨料的硬度和耐磨性对混凝土的抗冲磨性能起明显的作用,其中铁矿石骨料好于花岗岩骨料,花岗岩骨料好于石灰岩骨料。试验还证明,新冲刷仪能够有效地对不同强度等级以及不同骨料的高强抗冲磨混凝土的抗冲磨性能作出比较。Development of a new abrasion-resistance apparatus which can be used to simulate abrasion performance of concrete against high speed flow is introduced in this paper. Design, composition and adjustment of the new apparatus are presented. A series of simulation tests of concrete under high speed flow containing sand or emery were conducted by using the new apparatus. Some rules of abrasion resistance mechanism of different mix proportion concrete against high speed flow were found out. The higher is the flow velocity, the more is the abrasion of concrete. Abrasion resistance performance of different aggregate concrete is quite different. The rigidity and abrasion resistance of aggregate have important effects on the abrasion resistance of concrete. As far as abrasion resistance is concerned, ironstone concrete is better than granite concrete while granite concrete is better than limestone concrete. It is testified that the new abrasion-resistance apparatus can he applied to effectively distinguish abrasion resistance performance of concrete with different strength grade and different aggregate.
