摘　　要：要切实解决“三农”问题,构建西部民族地区人与自然和谐相处的环境,必须依靠科学发展观,大力开发农村能源,建设生态家园,实现自然生态保护和经济社会发展的良性循环。本文在介绍青海农村能源结构基本现状、存在问题的基础上,就合理开发农村能源、建设生态家园的发展思路与对策进行了探讨。To resolve earnest ＂Three farming ＂problem for a harmonious environment between human and the nature in the West nationality area ,we should depend the scientific view of development ,open up the energy resources in countryside vigorously ,building ecology homeland , and achieve the virtuous circle that the nature ecology protection was developed with the economic community at last. This article, on the basis of introclucing the fundamental present situation and extant problems energy structure of countryside ploiting countryside resources and constructing ecological homeland.
