摘　　要：农民进城务工有着极其重要的现实意义,但是由于农民工在城市是弱势群体,加之国家相关部门的保障机制不够完善,农民工工资问题一直非常严重。在解决这一问题上,财政部门应当有所作为,发挥积极的宏观导向作用,如增加相关环节的公共财政支持,确保和提高农民工最低工资水平,建立和完善农民工工资支付保障制度与监控制度等。The farmers＇ entering a city to work is of important practical significance. However,the farmer workers are a weak group in the city, and the national relative department＇ s safeguard mechanism is insufficient. As a result,the problem of their wages is continuously extremely serious. In the tackling of this problem,the finance department must make attempt and play a positive macroscopic guidance role. Such measures should be taken as increasing public financial support in the correlative links, guaranteeing and raising the farmer workers＇ minimum wage level, establishing and consummating the safeguard system and monitoring system of wage payment.
