摘　　要：该文讨论了根据高Ｔｃ超导红外探测器成像原理制成８元线列超导红外探测热成像样机的试制研究，给出样机对８—１４ｕｍ红外波段的测试结果、证明高温超导红外探测器在长波红外探测成像的可行性，也获得热成像系统初步深索经验．In this paper,the heat imaging prototype of superconduction IR detector on the principle of high Tc Superconducting IR detector is discussed,the test results of the prototype at the IR range of 8-14 um are provided,the detecting feasibility of high Tc superconducting detector at long wave & IR bands is proof,and some experiences of heat image is attained.
