关于中国商业银行并购问题的思考

摘　　要：近几年来,在全球范围内掀起了一场规模宏大的并购浪潮,在中国商业银行并购中政府干预过度,缺少规范银行并购的法律法规,并购效果差强人意。为此,应恰当地运用并购策略,促进国有商业银行的发展。In the last few years, there has emerged a large-scale global tide of incorporation and purchase. So is the case in China but with the government＇s over interference in it. There has been a poor effect of the incorporation owing to a lack of normative laws and codes and infliction personal will on it. Therefore, a proper application of strategy is needed for the promotion of development of state-owned commercial banks.
