摘　　要：α和β双炔失碳酯绝对构型与生物活性的初步探讨李麟谢宁李正化（华西医科大学药学院，成都６１００４１）双炔失碳酯（２ξ，１７ξ二乙炔基Ａ环失碳５α雄甾烷２β，１７β二醇二丙酸酯）是我国研制并已广泛应用的一种避孕药［１］。它的差向异构体...The molecular structures and absolute configurations of α and β anordrins are reported. Animal experiments showed that pure α epimer possessed high anti implantation and anti early pregnancy effects, but the pure β epimer exhibited very low effects at the same dose. MNDO program was applied for the optimization of the configurations of epimers to establish the isolated molecular configurations and calculate the quantum chemical indexes. The results showed that the configurations and the differences of action field in three dimensions of α and β epimer are probably the factors that the α epimer exhibited biological activity.
