摘 要:建立了测定甘蓝中多菌灵农药残留的高效液相色谱法,以甲醇提取,石油醚去除脂类杂质,再用二氯甲烷萃取分离,浓缩后测定。用甲醇-水-氨水(356∶50∶.13体积比)为流动相,配备SymmetryC18柱、紫外检测器的高效液相色谱(HPLC)仪在检测波长为282nm处对待测组份进行了分离和测定。实验证明,甘蓝样品中多菌灵添加回收率在76.4%~86.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)<5.95%,多菌灵在样品中的最低检出浓度为0.005mg/kg。An analytical method of carbendazim residue in cabbage by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. Samples were extracted with methanol, liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) clean up with petroleum ether to remove some fatty impurities and then with dichloromethane to extract the samples further. The HPLC conditions were Symmetry C18 column, methanol-water-Ammonium hydroxide=35:65:0.13 (V/V/V) as mobile phase, and UV detection at 282 nm. The recoveries of carbendazim in cabbage samples were 76.4% -86.4% repectively. Relative standard deviation was less than 5.95%, and the limit of detection of pesticides in cabbage samples was 0.005mg/kg respectively.
