摘  要:采用CFD技术对某大型空冷汽轮机通流进行全三维变工况设计,掌握了空冷机组通流的三维流动特点,采用了包含汽封的叶片整体优化全三维设计,新型反动式大焓降叶片等新技术。并设计了专用于空冷机组的末级长叶片及相应低压排汽装置,有效保证了空冷机组安全高效运行。This paper introduces CFD technique to perform full three-dimension design of flow path at variable condition for some large steam turbine with air condenser. The author has learnt three-dimensional flow characteristics of air-cooled unit flow path, and introduces new techniques such as full three-dimension design for integral optimization of blade including sealing and new reactive blade with large enthalpy drop etc.. Last stage long blade and its related LP exhaust device for unit with air condenser special use are designed, which strongly ensures safe and high efficient operation of unit with air condenser.
