摘　　要：介绍通过对关键路线算法的VB编程,实现工程项目的优化管理决策,使用此种软件,可以方便地为工程项目管理者在制定项目控制目标时,按照项目建设的内在规律对项目建设的全过程进行有效的计划、组织、协调和控制。This article introduces the programming of VB with Critical Path.Method to achieve optimize calculation system in project management. When construction project managers decide the project control goal, with the use of this software, they can plan, organize, ooordinate and control the project according to its internal regular pattern efficiently.
