摘　　要：随着我国工程建设市场的不断发展,施工企业定额在项目管理中的作用日益显现,通过对施工项目管理和施工企业定额的概念、具体活动、作用等各方面的分析,特别强调了施工企业定额在项目管理中的基础作用及编制方法,以促进施工企业定额的建设。The construct market of the our country is continuously developing, so the function of construction enterprise quota in the construction item management develops increasingly.
